New routes in Armthorpe are nearing completion, including Nutwell Lane and phase III of the Armthorpe road route. It is hoped that future links will be developed to Sandall Beat and Cantley.
DMBC have consented to make improvements to the dangerous refuges installed on Bawtry Road but we have no dates for completion of this work.
The Doncaster Education City Travel Plan Framework proposes a number of measures to encourage cycling to the new college site such as strategic parking, safe access routes and provision of discounted bikes and free repair facilities. The finalised plan is due for publication in June 2006.
